      We have switched to a new customer support system, moving from Zendesk to Intercom using the CRO Messenger. However, some customers are still contacting us using the old Zendesk email address. 

      Please change your records to our standard support email address:

      • This is our support email: support@crosoftware.com

      • The old address, support@crosoftware.zendesk.com, will soon be inactive and will not be checked.

      • Please check your contact address for CRO Support and update it as soon as possible.

      If you have any questions, you can call our support number or chat with us using the orange CRO Messenger in the lower right corner of the software application.
