      Welcome to the CRO Messenger, a new tool that provides a personalized window into our dedicated support system, ensuring transparency and seamless communication for all your CRO needs.

      Centralized Support Hub

      The CRO Messenger is your centralized hub for all support activities with 24/7 access.

      • Messages: Chat with agents in real-time and review past interactions.

      • Tickets: Monitor ticket progress and collaborate with support agents without losing context of past discussions.

      • Help: Quick access to knowledge base articles and FAQs.

      • News: Find information about announcements, CRO-related articles, and customer stories.

        Note: If you don't have any Support Tickets, you won't see the Tickets Tab.

      Seamless Integration

      The true power of the CRO Messenger lies in its seamless integration with our software. This is accessible from every screen, allowing customer support access without leaving your current workflow. CRO Messenger replaces the "Support" links in both Dispatching and Billing. It's always available with one click on the orange crow in the lower right-hand corner of your page.

      You can hide the messenger window by clicking on the orange arrow at the bottom of the panel.

      CRObot is Here to Help

      Complementing our knowledgeable human support team, the CRO Messenger introduces CROBot, an AI assistant designed to provide prompt assistance during off-hours or periods of high demand. As you interact with CROBot, it continuously learns and adapts, ensuring increasingly accurate and personalized responses. This is NOT replacing our support team; you always have the option to connect with an agent or have them help you when they are back online. Using both CRObot and the Help section, you can find many answers to questions at any time of the day.

      Our support team looks forward to working with you using this new tool to enhance our responses to your concerns and help you maximize your experience with CRO Software.


      Why We Made This Change

      Our previous system had some limitations. Several applications didn't easily share data and could not provide guided after-hours support to find simple answers. You also couldn't check the status of your support tickets or quickly review past conversations.

      Our new system is designed to address these issues. It offers:

      • 24/7 Support: We can now assist you with quick fixes outside business hours.

      • Centralized Information: All your support interactions and ticket history are in one place, making tracking progress and finding answers easier.

      • AI-Powered Assistance: Our AI assistant, CRObot, helps us find solutions faster by scanning through a vast knowledge base.

      With this improved system, we're committed to providing faster, more efficient, and personalized support.
