Security Enhancement Announcement

CRO has been working throughout the past year to achieve SOC 2 compliance. This certification serves as an official endorsement from independent auditors, confirming that we have implemented strict security measures. As part of the SOC2 certification requirements, we are enhancing the security features of the CRO Software platform.

We'll be releasing this update in the coming days. When you log into CRO, you will see a new login dialogue. Fill in your current username and password, and then update the following fields.

1. Enter your email address.

2. Enter a new password.

3. Confirm your new password.

Please note that your current username will remain unchanged throughout this process. The email address you provide will be used solely for account verification and communication purposes; it will not replace your existing username.

This update to the login process is mandatory for everyone with a CRO desktop login, so please share this message with your colleagues to ensure they are informed. We will be implementing a similar update for the Driver's App soon, so stay tuned for that announcement.
