Route Finder Enhancement

What's Changed

You can now use the Route Finder on new dropoff or delivery jobs to find the perfect route for your new asset.

Here's a quick overview of how to add a stop to a route using a drop-off request

• Create a new drop-off request and select the Recur Options icons.

  

• Select Route Options and click the new Use Route Finder button.

  

• Search for routes with stops nearby, select a nearby stop, and choose Add to Route.

  

• Complete the dropoff request and open the Route Stop Report.
  

• Open the Unoptimized Stops section and click the route name to open the route.

  

• Optimize the route to get the stop incorporated into the existing route.

  Why did we make this change?

  Many providers expressed the need to tell customers what route an asset will be placed on when taking a drop-off request order.
