    New Tax Reports

      CRO Billing is introducing two new Tax Reports for providers who are using Card Connect and not integrated with QuickBooks:

      Tax Summary Report: This report provides a high-level, quick summary of total tax revenue and breaks down the total amount by different tax types.

      Tax Detail Report: This report provides a detailed breakdown by tax types and related invoices, allowing you to view specific taxes applied to each invoice for a more in-depth analysis.

      You can click on the invoice numbers to view the individual invoices, and we have updated the invoice rows so that hovering over the tax amount will provide a breakdown.

      This update requires an Empty Cache / Hard Reload on every browser running CRO billing.


      Empty Cache/Hard Reload

      You may need to do an Empty Cache/Hard Reload to see this update.

      Here are the instructions if you need them:

      1. While logged into CRO, Right-click on any part of your screen.

      2. LEFT click on Inspect at the bottom of the pop-up.

      3. RIGHT click on the refresh button of your browser (the circular arrow at the top left next to the address bar)

      4. LEFT click on Empty Cache and Hard Reload at the bottom of the menu.

      5. Close the window on the right side of the screen (there's an X at the top right).

      You'll want to do this with every computer using CRO as it is browser-specific.
