New Product Updates Page

We're excited to announce the launch of our new Product Updates Page powered by LaunchNotes.

In addition to the What's New widget in the software, you can now go to our dedicated announcement and feedback Product Updates Page, where you can give us feedback and submit feature ideas for CRO Software.

You can access the Product Updates Page from the bottom of the What's New widget or the emails you'll receive when a new feature is added.

The new Product Updates Page

By default, you will be subscribed to both the Billing and Dispatch categories. You can unsubscribe from any category that doesn't interest you.

When you open any announcement, you can rate it and give us feedback. You can even return once you've used the feature and let us know if you'd like to see any improvements. This is an excellent way for us to understand how things are working for you and to add any additional functionality.

On the main page, you will also find the Roadmap and Ideas tabs. In these tabs, you can review submitted ideas and vote on the ones that matter most to you. Your feedback will help us determine what to prioritize in future updates.

In the very near future, you'll also be able to track our product roadmap, which will give you a better understanding of our next features and how our software will continue to evolve and make your job easier.

We love hearing from our customers and are continually investing in enhancing CRO. Your feedback plays a vital role in this process, and many new features and ideas come from customers like you.
