Invoice Printing Format

Added the option to the Settings dialog to choose the format that invoices get printed in

• By default the invoice format will remain the same, but there is a new option "#9, Dual Window" which will change the formatting of the invoice header to align your address and your customer's address with the windows of some standard #9 envelopes.
