Coming Soon: CRO Driver's App Update

We are excited to announce the upcoming release of our extensively updated Driver's Mobile App, designed to enhance your driver's experience and streamline route and job workflows. This update will set the stage for many future improvements that we know you have requested, and we are preparing to deliver.

Key Features and Improvements

• User Interface Update: Our new interface provides enhanced organization and is optimized for use in field conditions. Less frequently used actions have been moved to group menus, reducing clutter and simplifying navigation.

• Enhanced Communication Tools: The Dispatch Chat and Phone icons now provide quicker access to communication with dispatchers, enabling faster and more efficient interactions.

• New CRO Menu: The CRO icon contains all customer service-related contact info, including in-app access to Driver Training Videos. Drivers can access training videos directly within the app to assist with questions regarding app functionality.

• Improved Routing Map: The updated Heads-Up Map now supports both stop-by-stop navigation and full route overviews, offering greater flexibility in how you work your jobs with the tools to start and complete jobs. If jobs have requirements, drivers can easily access the job details to add the needed items.

• Improved Dump Screen: Drivers can now view dump notes and access dump websites to check hours and updates without requiring dispatchers to keep these details up to date. These enhancements are linked to new fields in the Destination Settings in Dispatching.

• Streamlined Job Management: Adding products to a job is now more intuitive, with clearer logic and a simplified layout. The job details page has been reorganized into sections, providing a comprehensive view of the job overview, details, and actions.

• Updated Iconography: We've updated the app's icons to a bolder style for easier viewing and navigation.

Setting the Stage for New Features.

This update marks a significant milestone in the development of the Driver's App. It's enabled us to analyze every page and align code dependencies for future enhancements, including SMS texting, multiple contacts, pre-trip checklists, and other highly requested features. This progress allows us to refresh the app and improve your experience. Exciting developments are ahead, and we look forward to the next phase of our Driver's App journey.

The previous features will stay the same and won't disrupt your current workflow, but we know it can take time to adjust to something new.
