Billing Invoice Email Updates

This week, we will be releasing several new features and improvements in our invoice billing email workflow.

What's New

  • PDF Invoice Attachments: YES, PDF email attachments are here! Customers will get invoices as attachments for easy downloading.

  • New Settings Dialogue: The settings dialogue has been updated and expanded, featuring tabs to accommodate the new settings and provide greater control over your invoices.

  • Reply-To Email Option: You can now choose a "Reply-To" email address for your invoice emails. When customers reply, emails will be directed to the correct inbox, ensuring you don't miss any important communication.

  • Invoice Print Layout: Choose from three invoice layouts, a two-page, mailing page and invoice, a one-page, merge of the mailing page and invoice, or just the invoice.

  • New Invoice Design: A fresh, improved design that presents your invoice information more clearly and professionally, making it easier for your customers to see their charges.
