Fixed error when saving products after toggling off one of the applicable taxes

Fixed issue where Daily Rental Fees would not appear on invoices when the related DRF condition's "City" field was set to a blank space.

Fixed error when loading the Quickbooks pane in the Billing Options dialog.

• Behavioral change: When opening the Quickbooks pane in the Billing Options dialog, if the customer in Quickbooks has been deleted then Cro will remove the association with that Quickbooks customer's ID.

• If you restore the customer within the Quickbooks software, you will need to reassociate the customer in the Quickbooks pane if that is desired.
