We’ve got a new look (and exciting updates coming your way!)  

 Hello CRO Family!

We’re excited to share that CRO will soon have a refreshed look and feel, designed to reflect who we are and where we’re headed. Starting December 15th, you’ll notice small updates, like a new logo and a few color changes. 

What’s not changing is what matters most: the same people, the same experience, and the reliable support you’ve come to count on. 

Here’s what you can expect: 

• No changes to how the CRO platform works. Your workflows, features, account information, and data will remain exactly the same. 

• The same team you already work with. 

• A refreshed look and feel rolling out gradually. 

A quick heads-up for your drivers: they’ll notice the new logo at sign-in. Functionality hasn’t changed and giving them a heads-up may save your dispatch team from extra calls. 

Even better? With CRO now part of the RapidWorks family, we’ll soon be offering more of the tools, features, and innovations you’ve been waiting for, so keep an eye out!
